Dr. Ward earned his MD at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. He performed his diagnostic radiology residency and fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital and the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University where he was also Chief Resident. Dr. Ward is an Assistant Professor of Diagnostic Imaging at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and also serves as the Program Director for the Breast Imaging Fellowship. He is Associate Chief of Diagnostic Imaging at Women & Infants Hospital, President-elect of the National Consortium of Breast Centers, and is past President of the Rhode Island Radiological Society. Dr. Ward specializes in women’s imaging and breast cryoablation.
