Dr. Cooper grew up in Des Plaines, Illinois which is a northwest suburb of Chicago. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and studied Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Chemistry. After working for a year and a half, he then traveled to The Sunshine State to attend medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine’s campus in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Cooper received an academic scholarship there and spent his third year in Miami. He remained in Florida for his transitional year at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida. After, he went to Boston, Massachusetts for his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Cooper enjoys hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, physical fitness, traveling, hiking, and a good TV show.
